Registrar Peggy Huff Deputy Registrar The office of the Registrar of Vital Statistics handles birth, marriage/civil union, and death records for events that occur in the City of Millville starting with 1866. Hours Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The Registrar of Vital Statistics is located in the Municipal Clerk's Office on the third floor of the Municipal Complex.
Certified Copies Certified copies of a birth, marriage/civil union or death that took place in Millville can be obtained in the Registrar's Office, 3rd Floor of the Municipal Building. The Vital Statistics office will no longer accept a request to search or certify a birth, marriage/civil union or death record from the file unless the person who is making the request is the:

Request can be processed by mail simply by sending a letter providing the above mentioned information, a check or money order made payable to The City of Millville, and a self addressed stamped envelope. Requests are completed the same day, or you can come in person. The fee is $15.00 for each certified copy.
